Clear, effective documents are needed to sell yourself to a future employer. What could be better than the advice and guidance of an hr-expert to optimise them?
How? Send your cv, cover letter and a recent job offer or a short description of the sector you would like to work in to your coordinator (in word)

Job interview simulation
At DUO, the mentee can practice a job interview under the supervision of a volunteer hr- expert. The mentor observes and participates in the feedback moment. Don't hesitate to have your cv and cover letter reviewed prior to this simulation.
Duration: max 1h
Send an email to your coördinator to organise a job interview simulation.
Note: plan it well in advance! Allow for two to three weeks between the moment of the request and the moment the conversation can take place.

Intervision (mandatory)
A meeting between mentors in which experiences, difficulties and good practices are exchanged, under the guidance of an external moderator. Each mentor follows two intervisions during the duo (for example around the 2nd and 4th month).
